Studio Fit

Born in Nairobi, Studio Fit began with a simple belief; that African fashion could be wearable, desirable and globally relevant without losing the culture, the craft and stories that make it unique. What started as a young founder-led label, has grown into a fashion house rooted in Kenyan identity, thoughtful design and a distinctly contemporary point of view.
Our collections draw inspiration from Kenya – our home. It’s landscapes, seasons, colors, textures and everyday life. From the Safari Savannah, to our coastal towns, each collection explores a different expression of the Kenyan experience, translated through modern silhouettes, considered prints and effortless pieces designed to be lived in.
At the heart of Studio Fit, is our commitment to making in Kenya. We work closely with local artisans, makers and manufacturers, creating pieces that celebrate the skill and craftsmanship within our creative community. Our approach to design is intentional, with an emphasis on quality, reasonable production and thoughtful use of materials. We incorporate artisanal techniques, upcycled and locally sourced elements where possible, and create considered quantities.
Studio Fit has grown from Nairobi to a wider international audience, with its work featured in VOGUE Italia, Grazia and ELLE, and collections presented at Hub of Africa Fashion Week in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and New York Fashion Week.
Today, Studio Fit continues to build a bridge between Kenya and the world, creating fashion that is rooted in home, with each piece carrying a little bit of where we come from. The people who make it, and, the places that inspires it.
